About Dr. Vijay Agarwal MCh CTVS, FRCS
Dr. Vijay Agarwal is one of India’s leading cardiac and pediatric cardiac surgeons with over 26 years of experience in advanced heart surgery across India and abroad. He completed his MCh CTVS from SGPGI Lucknow and pursued advanced fellowship training in Edinburgh, United Kingdom. Over the years, he has worked with some of India’s most respected cardiac institutions including Sathya Sai Hospital Puttaparthy, Madras Medical Mission Chennai, Fortis Hospitals Mumbai & Gurgaon, and Tender Palm Hospital Lucknow. Currently, he is leading The Lucknow Heart Mission – Hridayam.
Dr. Agarwal has authored over 25 international publications in indexed journals and pioneered the use of 3D heart printing technology in congenital heart surgery planning in India. He has also led several international pediatric cardiac surgery charity missions across Sudan, Tajikistan, Egypt, Iraq, UAE, and India, helping underprivileged children receive life-saving treatment.
